about rosie’s country kitchen

I started Rosie’s Country Kitchen to make traditional, classic cakes for cafes, pubs and restaurants in the Bath and Bristol areas. Based in Somerset’s beautiful Chew Valley, I’m surrounded by fantastic produce and suppliers. So if I can’t grow an ingredient myself, I know I can get it from the amazing selection of farms and local smallholders in the area.

I only use free range eggs in my baking and will never use preservatives or other nasty chemicals. I’m lucky enough to have a mature grapevine for making my own jam (currently with a bumper crop), as well as raspberries, blackcurrants and rhubarb on the way.

With two hungry youngsters and a husband to feed, if a cake doesn’t pass the family test, it doesn’t get made for my customers!

If you’re a local business and are interested in more details about what I can offer, please get in touch using the form below. Or if you just to to say hi or follow what I get up to, get in touch through Facebook or Twitter. Thanks!
